The ramé-hart Prebuilt Customizable Linear Spinneret Array, p/n 100-10-PCLSAK, is a highly versatile array fabricated from solid stainless steel and permits up to (7) needles or tips mounted to Luer fittings at 10mm spacing, (5) at 15mm spacing, (4) at 20mm spacing, (3) at 30mm spacing, or (2) 60mm spacing. Other combinations are also possible. The female Luer inlet can be end-mounted or anywhere on the opposite side of dispensing. The kit includes the solid stainless steel array, (7) male Luer fittings, (1) female Luer fitting, (11) plugs with sealing washers, and (1) Allen key (for installing and removing plugs). The ramé-hart Prebuilt Circular Spinneret Array Kit, p/n 100-10-PCA is a highly versatile array made from solid stainless steel plates and permits up to (17) needles to be configured to dispense simultaneously. There is a larger array of (8) equally spaced output fittings on a 50mm (2 inch) circle. And another smaller array of (8) equally spaced output fittings on a 32mm (1.25 inch) circle. And there is a 17th output fitting in the center of the array. Each output port features a male Luer lock fitting designed to be used with any standard Luer lock needle or spinneret. There is one inlet port in the center of the opposite side which features a female Luer lock fitting. The array can easily be disassembled for cleaning. p/n 100-10-CA10 is a Circular Spinneret Array featuring 10 outlets. This circular spinneret array is made from solid stainless steel plates and permits up to (10) needles to be configured to dispense simultaneously. The array consists of (10) equally spaced output fittings on a 34mm (1.34 inch) circle. The dimension of the array body (with no fittings) is 56mm in diameter (2.20 inch) by 15.25mm high (0.60 inch). The array can easily be disassembled for cleaning. The kit includes the 2-piece stainless steel body, (10) male Luer fittings for the output ports, (1) female Luer fitting for the inlet port, (11) neoprene sealing washers, (1) Viton O-ring (installed), (10) spare O-rings, (5) bolts and washers (used to seal the two body parts together), and (1) Allen key for securing the two halves of the array body together. p/n 100-10-CA20 is a Circular Spinneret Array with 20 outlets. This circular spinneret array is made from solid stainless steel plates and permits up to (20) needles to be configured to dispense simultaneously. The array consists of (7) equally spaced output fittings on a 23.6mm (0.93 inch) circle and another (13) equally spaced fittings on a 44mm (1.732 inch) circle. The dimension of the array body (with no fittings) is 76mm in diameter (3.0 inch) by 15.25mm high (0.60 inch). The array can easily be disassembled for cleaning. The kit includes the 2-piece stainless steel body, (20) male Luer fittings for the output ports, (1) female Luer fitting for the inlet port, (21) neoprene sealing washers, (1) Viton O-ring (installed), (10) spare O-rings, (4) bolts and washers (used to seal the two body parts together), and (1) Allen key for securing the two halves of the array body together.
